To whom it may concern:
Parents be aware that progress reports are being sent home for your review and signatures. Please remind your son or daughter that he or she must complete all missing class assignments as well as continuing to work on his or her essay assignments. I believe if we work together we can ensure your son or daughter's success in our classes. All students can complete missing assignments but need to see me about the assignment. My main concern is that your son or daughter is completing his or her written essay assignments and fulfilling his or her obligations. Thank you for your time and consideration.
