To whom it may concern:
Please make sure your son or daughter is aware of the upcoming late work deadline. Any work received after this date will not be processed and recorded for the Term II grade book. I hope this information is understood, so please be accountable and finish all missing work, tests, quizzes and essays this. It would be sad to see you lose credit for missing work.
